Um okay well wow. Almond milk ice creams are consistently my least favorite vegan ice creams. But this one is one of my most favorite.

The flavors are really good, but the real standout here—as it is with all Ben & Jerry’s—is the consistency and variety of textures.

The funnest fact about B&J is that Mr. Ben has no sense of smell or taste. So the pleasure he gets from ice cream, and from all food, comes from texture, consistency, and mouthfeel. Hence the big textury chunks in all their ice cream.
